FAQ

Here you can find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our services

In which environment do you perform translations?

We can work wherever you want us to. Be it a fancy Crowdin project, a JSON file or even just a regular text document on Google Drive. If you give us access to the text to be translated, we make the magic happen!

Do you maintain translations after the completion of the project?

Although we do not have to, we find it a good practice to maintain our work. If there were subtle changes to a string or if a few new ones are introduced, we usually do not mind translating them. Actually, we are humans and we also make mistakes! Should anyone find a mistake in a string, we can probably fix it for you.

What payment methods are accepted?

We will be always billing you in Euros (EUR) and you will be able to pay us via an old-school bank transfer. However, we are a cryptocentric company, so we can surely accept cryptocurrency payments.

Mostly Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin are accepted, but other altcoins could be accepted, with prior consent (we will probably accept your lovely Vertcoin). The exact exchange rate will be discussed later on.

Is there anything you would refuse to translate?

Yes. It is possible that we refuse to translate legal documents or policies, and we may choose not to provide services if we realise that the content is of high risk or that it is going to be misused.

A common example of something we will not translate is the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of a company. From our point of view, legal translations require high expertise in the field, which is not our speciality. For this reason, we choose not to engage with this kind of translations.
